Shipping and Returns
Our standard dispatch time is 1-3 days, and the standard delivery time is 2 to 10 working days, with express post being 2 to 3 days (if you are located in the Express Post network).
These are simply guides as delays may occur once they have been sent. As this is out of our control, Imperial Design will not be held liable for any courier/postal delays.

Imperial Design will not be held liable for any courier/postal delays as these are out of our control. Once we hand the parcel over to the courier, it will be tracked. If they are then passed onto local couriers within your area, delays with the tracking updates may occur. If this happens, contact your local post office to receive the tracking updates.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations between different service providers, there may be a slight difference between the value of your order after the confirmed foreign currency, and the amount you are charged by your card provider.

All products must be clean and unused for us to accept them. Unfortunately we are not able to replace/refund an item for change of mind.
Please note- All of our items are individually checked for quality when we receive them and before they are sent to you. Due to this, if you would like to return a 'faulty' item, it is at our discretion whether or not we replace/refund the item.
Under no circumstances will a refund or exchange be made after 10 days of receiving the item, or for any item that was bought on sale.
Imperial Design will make the final decision regarding any action that may be taken in relation to shipping and returns.
